Elsa & Lori's grand opening was a huge hit. Her new studio was the perfect location because of the space. Guests were greeted at the door with champagne almond. We displayed the food with her signature color, moss green. The menu included beef & chicken skewers, seafood pasta (w/crab & shrimp), cucumber salad, cheese & cracker platter. The biggest hit was the chocolate ganache with fresh fruit. We also set up a self-serve coffee bar with freshly brewed Starbucks coffee and green tea. The guests loving pouring in the whip cream, cinammon & chocolate sprinkles. Lori's dad was the bartender and served up plenty of wine & beer to the 200+ guests.The ambience was amazing with belly bars spread throughout and green moss candles lit in square votives with water and river rock. There were so many Realtors and people from the community including the Chula Vista Chamber who did the ribbon cutting. At Lori & Elsa's request, DJ Groove spun house music all night long.
